Richco Re-Coat is a co-polymer modified resurfacing compound especially formulated to dry to a light gray colour to resemble newly laid concrete. Richco Re-Coat is perfect to restore old stained concrete surfaces, rain damaged slabs, scaling or dusting concrete. This system adds a thin layer of cementitious coating on old, stained or worn-off concrete surfaces, which is advantageous since it does not affect the finish level. As a result, old concrete need not be demolished and replaced in order to renew its appearance.
Richco Re-Coat is a simpler, more cost effective choice than tearing out and replacing an existing slab. Textures can be applied by using broom or trowel finishes to increase the slip resistance.
This simple yet effective solution to renewing old concrete has been used on footpaths, car parks, in public places as well in the residential market.
