Richco Flexible Roofing Membrane is a highly developed, economic, pitch extended moisture curing polyurethane designed to waterproof and protect roofs, particularly where standing water collects on flat areas etc.
Provided Flexible Roofing Membrane is applied correctly to the correct minimum thickness, with proper preparation a life expectancy in excess of 15 years can be anticipated.

Installation Guide
Curing Time
Richco Fexible Roofing Membrane can be over coated in 1-2 hours. Over coating can be made within this time or while still touch dry.
Surface Preparation
The substrate should be clean, free from laitance, oil, grease or other agents which may impair adhesion.
Mixing
Mix thoroughly.
Application
Apply by brush or roller. Apply in one even coat.
