High Quality Finish
Richco Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring provides a self smoothing, high quality and visually pleasing finish.
Solvent Free
Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring can be used in areas where solvent-based products may taint or give off unacceptable odours.
Smooth Finish
Richco Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring is applied at 3mm deep. This allows un-even or pitted floors to have an epoxy system applied directly to the surface. This avoids additional repair costs and provides a smooth even finish with just one product.
General Maintenance
Richco Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring is resistant to the normal range of industrial cleaners. Do not steam clean or subject to temperatures in excess of 45 °C.

Installation Guide
Curing Time
This product will normally cure overnight at 15 °C to accept light foot traffic the next day. Full chemical and wear resistance is achieved over 7 days (at a minimum constant temp of
15 °C). Water should not be allowed to lie on the surface for at least 7 days. Avoid washing the surface for 7 days after coating.
Surface Preparation
New concrete should be at least 21 - 28 days old or the moisture less than 5%. The substrate should be clean, free from laitance, oil, grease or other agents which may impair adhesion. Techniques should include one or more of the following, depending on how contaminated the substrate is:- acid etching - light mechanical scabbling - blasting - grinding or degreasing.
Priming
Floors must be thoroughly sealed with Richco Epoxy Primer prior to the application of Richco Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring.
Mixing
Richco Self Levelling Epoxy Flooring is supplied in pre-weighed packs and to obtain the best results should be mixed in a forced action mixer. Add the curing agent component B to the pigmented epoxy resin component A, mix thoroughly until a uniform colour is formed. Transfer the mixed system to a mixing vessel and slowly add the graded filler component C and continue mixing for 3 - 5 minutes until homogeneous.
Application
Pour the mixed material onto the pre-sealed substrate and spread to the required level by steel trowel. Immediately after steel trowelling use spiked rollers, to aid the release of air.
