Specifications

Area Coverage
Coverage area is approximately 5 - 10m² per 5L. One coat is generally sufficient.

Drying Time
Richco Black Top & Red Top will generally be dry after 2 - 5 hours at 5 - 20°C. Low temperatures can extend the drying time. Protect from rain for at least 30 minutes after application as the rain will delay drying time by trapping solvents within the coating.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be dry and free of any loose material. Moss etc should be removed by scraping and/or jet washing and the surface left to dry thoroughly.

Application
This product should be applied generously by roller in one coat. Avoid flooding the surface since this could lead to some temporary softening of the asphalt and extend the drying time of the coating. A brush may be used for edges, but avoid applying too thick.

Apply Richco Black Top & Red Top using a roller and a brush for edges.
