Area Coverage
A 5L unit produces approximately 200m of 50mm wide line.
Surface Preparation
Richco Traffic Line can be applied to asphalt, tarmac,
porous concrete, masonry, bricks, breeze
blocks and most metals. Ensure the
surface is clean, sound and dry (slightly
damp is acceptable). A solvent free degreaser can be
used on asphalt and similar surfaces.
Richco Traffic Line can be applied to
existing paint providing all poorly
bonded material is removed and glossy
surfaces are dulled using abrasive.
Application
The surface of the road can be slightly damp when applying the paint. Using a brush apply one coat of the product. Mask of the area if needed to ensure straight even lines with tape. Avoid applying too thick. Do
not apply externally if rain or frost are
forecast. The second coat should be applied
after approximately 1 hour.

Apply Traffic Line with a brush.
Cleaning Application Tools
Wash applicators in warm soapy water before the paint starts to dry.
