Area Coverage
Coverage area is approximately 5m² per 30kg at 3mm thick.

Drying Time
In reasonable drying conditions above 10°C, Richco Floor Smoothing can accept foot traffic after 2 - 3 hours. Ensure that the product is completely dry before applying the desired floor finish. Water based adhesives can be applied after 24 hours and solvent based adhesives after 5 days.

Surface Preparation
Use on concrete, stone and screeded surfaces. Surface should be clean and free of loose material. In most cases a good sweep is sufficient. The surface does not have to be dry, but should not be subject to rising damp. The product may be applied over porous surfaces.
Very hard, smooth, non-porous surfaces should be mechanically textured to allow the product to penetrate.

Mixing
The powder and liquid should be gradually mixed with a mixing blade fitted into an electric drill.

Application
Pour the mixed product immediately onto the surface and spread out using a hand trowel. Apply at a minimum of 3mm thick and maximum of 10mm thick.

Application Tools
Apply Richco Floor Smoothing with a hand trowel. Mix with a mixing blade.

Cleaning of Application Tools
Applicators should be washed in warm soapy water before the product starts to dry.
