Specifications

Area Coverage
Coverage area is approximately 25m² per coat per 5L. One coat is generally sufficient.

Drying Time
Richco Factory Wall Coat will generally be touch dry after 12 hours at 15°C. Low temperatures can extend the drying time.

Surface Preparation
A minimum of surface preparation is necessary, but contaminants and any loose material should be removed. Surfaces which are loose and friable or very porous should be primed with a 50% dilution of Richco Factory Wall Coat with water.

Application
Richco Factory Wall Coat is best applied in one thick coat with a paint brush. A roller and frame may be used, but as it applies the Factory Wall Coat more sparingly, a second application may be necessary.

Apply Richco Factory Wall Coat using a brush or roller.

Cleaning of Application Tools
Applicators should be cleaned with warm soapy water before the product has cured.
